We are proud of our ongoing commitment to invest in our Team. Every Team member has a structured competency based program that is conducted on the job. After completing the basic skills program, each team member is coached on advanced, technical, sales and leadership skills that enhance their performance.

Each team member attends our MINIT Academy of Learning in our Support office, Sydney to graduate with their Diploma of Excellence. In addition to this training, we partner with learning organizations to provide individual external programs and qualifications.

Ultimately our Team has an opportunity to become a business owner, franchisee of the Minit brand and is provided with small business training and coaching that is first rate.

Training and Developing Your Potential

Our technical training strategy provides every team member with the ability to maximise the customer satisfaction.

The training plan includes:

1. Certificate of Proficiency (CoP) for all new Team Members.
This is basic level 1 training and contains sessions 1 – 20.
This component will be decentralised assessed and quality assures centrally.

2. Diploma of Excellence (DoE)
The DoE contains session 21- 42 and is building on the skills from the CoP. It is estimated that completion of level 2 is around 6 – 9 months, however this depends on the individual’s skill level and rate of learning. All Team Members must complete their DOE accreditation by the 12 month of employment. On completion of the DoE in Sydney Support Office, Team Members who have a goal to be a Franchise will continue their franchise training in Sydney. A Franchise development plan is established, and this provides a road map whereby potential Franchisees complete an action plan and transition into franchising.
